Bubbly Hello

A speech bubble hello that is!! I am playing along again with the Card Creations Week at the Moxie Fab World blog for the Speech Bubble challenge.
I decided to make my own speech bubble with craft wire, and it is held in place in the back with a little washi tape. The sentiment is from the new Lawn Fawn stamp set called So Much To Say.
