Reindeer Punch Art Tutorial and Stampin' Up! Year End Closeout Clearance Sale!

Hi there! Today I have a video tutorial showing you how to make this cute reindeer punch art! I've attached him to a tag for putting on a gift, or even a card front! Hope you enjoy the video!
