Funny title, I know, but this Card has two firsts for me. I am entering it into the
Paper Smooches Sparks challenge which the trend watch is Polka Dots. First time entering there, as this is my first Paper Smooches stamp set called Happy Camper!!! This bear is just so cute!! And my second first is the use of washi tape. Yes, this is my first card ever using it!! :) The pink chevron tape I won from my sweet blog friend
