Hello blogland. It has been 7 years since I have posted anything to my blog! I'm thankful it is still here :) A lot has changed in the world and in my life since then. I have been paper crafting off and on in those years, and still make videos, just haven't posted much on any social media accounts. I need to get my own creativity back as the projects of mine lately have been following someone else's idea. Now, there is nothing wrong with that, but I have lost my own touch. A good way for me to do that is to enter some challenges, as this blog is full of them! I have decided to enter the monthly challenge for Pinkfresh Studio which the theme is Summer Splash.
This is the card I created, and it uses Pinkfresh Studio's Painted Daisies stamp and layering stencil. Right now, I only have their purples inks in cubes, the greens and yellows are Distress Ink colors. I have ordered Pinkfresh peach colors of inks in the full-size ink pads and should be in this week! I did need some good peach colors, so will be excited to play with those.
The sentiment is from their Scripted Greetings die set and I used some black metallic paper for it. I did not add any other embellishments as I wanted to keep the focus on those pretty florals. Here is a photo inspiration they posted if anyone is interested in playing along.
